Enemies

Lieutenants

Lieutenants are named adversaries with individual loadouts, tactics and rewards, distinct from Commanders.

Lieutenants

Choose a Lieutenant for its encounter, intel and rewards.

Finding a target

Unlock and purchase the chosen Lieutenant’s intel at the Boss Board, or use a Lieutenant Hunt tower to locate the nearest one. Purchased intel is for one deployment and guarantees that purchased target is active on that deployment.

Combat and rewards

Lieutenants can have accompanying forces and their own combat approach. Their iconic weapon has a rare drop chance; a personal loot-room key can provide another route to it. An extracted Lieutenant Dog Tag Case advances Boss Board challenges.

Confirmed kill reward versus extracted reward

The guide describes a substantial DMZ Cash bonus after a confirmed Lieutenant kill. That is separate from extracting the dropped Dog Tag Case to advance the Boss Board and earn its repeat-challenge rewards. The iconic weapon has a rare chance to drop; a general reference to a distinct weapon is not a guarantee on every kill.

hostile-force identity

Boss category; specific targets need individual evidence.

Squad extraction credit remains unresolved

DetailValue
QuestionDoes extracting a boss case progress only its carrier or every squadmate?
AnswerCreator explicitly leaves this unconfirmed; no credit rule accepted.

Official-speaker replay is one underlying source

Case extraction explanation comes from replayed official speaker; do not count it as independent corroboration.
