The Fulton Drop Marker is an Ultra Field Upgrade that marks a location and calls a Fulton extraction. It is the item used to request that extraction, rather than the name of a crafting material.
Its Printer recipe costs 1 Prototype RF Module, 3 Comms Modules and 5 Control Units. Find the recipe in game to unlock printing. The Vault Edition Deployment Kit separately supplies two ready-made markers; receiving those items is different from finding the recipe.
The selected Printer panel says the marker calls a Fulton extraction. Its exact activation controls, number of charges, cargo capacity and other field limits are not established by this menu.
Crafting requires 1 Prototype RF Module, 3 Comms Modules and 5 Control Units. Find the recipe in game to unlock it; the bundle’s two supplied markers are not two recipe unlocks.
