Dead Man's Cache is a named Operation with separately observed comms-server and Encrypted Drive objectives.
Observed objective states
The official blog screenshot says Find Access to Enemy Comms Server. The video later shows Collect the Encrypted Drive. These are separate source observations; the retained evidence does not demonstrate every intermediate action or a complete ordered walkthrough.
Cheongun Outskirts capture interaction
The video labels the location Cheongun Outskirts. A Care Package beside a cargo truck shows CAPTURING… and HOLD TO OPEN CARE PACKAGE while Collect the Encrypted Drive remains active. The interaction and current objective are readable; the selected drive and its inventory receipt are not shown in this frame.
Item and location references
Use Encrypted Drive for the item record and Cheongun Outskirts for location context. The picture does not establish a guaranteed package spawn, capture duration or what happens if the interaction is interrupted.
