Activation
Spend one Trait Point on an available choice in your Operator’s tree. Only one Trait can be acquired in each row; alternative choices in that row are then unavailable in game.
Unlocks
A randomized Minor choice. Its observed tree or row describes the recording, not a guaranteed position for every Operator. Complete the preceding row to access the next choices.

Recorded effect
Picking up Printer resources that would exceed max capacity also grants a portion of the pickup to your lowest count resource.
This applies when a Printer-resource pickup would overflow capacity. The description scrolls; the two screenshots together preserve the complete wording. No conversion percentage is stated.
Where this choice appears
The recorded Oh-Ji layout shows Resource Management in Scout, branch 2 counting from the bottom, option 2. This is a revealed Minor choice in this recording; your Operator’s random roll may differ.
