These are the October 19 shared-arsenal specifications. Player Level is the main career rank, not DMZ Player level. A selected loot copy may have its own rarity and value.
Buying a copy in DMZ
Extracting a Weapon Manual is a documented permanent repeat-purchase route. The later official arsenal article also describes purchases using shared Multiplayer/DMZ progression, paid with DMZ Cash. Check the selected Gunsmith requirement and price. Picking up a gun alone is not proof of permanent purchase access.
Recorded progression unlocks

A main Player/Multiplayer unlock is separate from a DMZ recipe or purchase price. XP NEEDED in the recording is an account-state display, rather than a universal per-level XP curve.
